Neil Chaulk, CEO of Solace Power
Neil Chaulk, CEO of Solace Power, brings over three decades of engineering and entrepreneurial expertise to the Training Works Board of Advisors. An alumnus of Memorial University with a degree in Electronics and Communications Systems Engineering, Neil has a distinguished career that includes founding ICAN, a navigation and communications software company later acquired by HITT Traffic, and serving as VP of Business Development at Verafin, contributing to its growth leading up to its acquisition by Nasdaq. At Solace Power, Neil leads the development of advanced wireless power technologies, which enables efficient power and data transfer across various industries, including aerospace, automotive, and telecommunications. Under his leadership, Solace has secured significant partnerships, such as with Boeing and Gentex, and has been recognized with awards like the Boeing Silver Level Performance Excellence Award. Neil’s experience in building high-growth technology companies and driving global partnerships adds tremendous depth to Training Works’ strategic direction and innovation capacity.
