Skilltinuous then identifies the gap between the skills needed and the skills which are currently in use by the individuals in the workforce.
Tailored Microlearning Interventions
The learners are given microlearning that is specifically targeted to address their skills gaps. These are short, independent study units that can be viewed whenever and wherever the learner needs them. This allows fast skill application and uptake in their job role.
