During their combined 60+ years working with a number of organizations in roles related to workforce skills development, Tamara and Des came to the same conclusion: When it comes to training, one size does not fit all. The evidence was plain to see. Frustrated leaders seeing little improvement despite heavy training investment. Unhappy employees feeling like they were being jammed into training that didn’t respect their learning patterns and specific needs.

Believing they could do better, Tamara and Des founded Training Works to answer these problems.
