AI / ML Specialist

Training Works AI-powered platform, Skills-tin-u-ous™ is our most advanced learning solution. It autonomously identifies each individual’s unique learning patterns as well as audits their skills gaps. Skills-tin-u-ous™ will then let the learner know where the gaps are and map a remediation path through targeted micro-learning that is designed to meet their specific learning style. The Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Superstar selected for this position will help us to build out and evolve our platform and will be part of a team responsible for the development, deployment, training, operation, and maintenance of our AI/ML models.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering or other related fields

· 3+ years of experience in at least one of programming languages like Python, Java or C++

· 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, MXNet, scikit-learn, or something similar

· 3+ years of applied knowledge in Data Mining / Automated Knowledge Acquisition, Representation and Reasoning

· 3+ years of experience in advanced software engineering practices including Agile techniques

The role:

In this role, you will:

· Perform design, analysis, and testing of ML and AI models of varying complexities and scales

· Create system requirements and confirmation tests to ensure that specified systems can deliver specified AI and ML models in specified use cases to a given SLA

· Provide functional and technical guidance when evaluating models or AI/ML services or when evaluating and responding to requests for proposals or work statements from customers

· Participate in and help to coordinate task prioritization with business and technical teams, both internal and external

· Create documentation, including playbooks, reports, and knowledge bases as appropriate, and serve as a technical reviewer and contributor to documentation created by other teams and customers

· Analyze and design specifications for less experienced internal and third-party team members to execute. May also actively contribute to the technical and soft skills development of team members

· Coordinate model lifecycle transition between research, development, and operational phases, and enable smooth transition of knowledge about frameworks models depend on to maintenance and production teams

· Design and construct controls and insights necessary to maintain observability and traceability through deployed models

· Keep management appropriately informed of progress and issues
