Les has spent his career in the Newfoundland and Labrador technology sector, developing user-facing software for the advanced marine technology industry and for creative workers in film and television. Prior to joining Training Works, Les was a Senior Software Developer at Kraken Robotics, where he contributed to the development of advanced marine technology systems. During his tenure at Kraken Les created scalable applications and integrated complex software systems to support cutting-edge underwater robotics and sonar technologies. His experience as a developer encompasses both front-end and back-end development, system architecture, and the integration of complex software systems. Les's expertise in crafting scalable and efficient applications aligns with Training Works' mission to deliver cutting-edge training solutions, enhancing the company's technological capabilities and user experience.
In his free time, Les is deeply passionate about music, engaging in activities ranging from composing to performing. He also enjoys spending time at his cabin where he finds inspiration and relaxation in nature with his wife and his dogs.
