Her career spans leadership positions at TechnipFMC, Mysa, and Wood, where she developed deep expertise in scaling operations, managing complex projects, and driving organizational efficiency. From the high-stakes, safety-critical environment of the Oil & Gas sector to the fast-paced, agile world of technology at Mysa, Nola has built a dynamic skill set that bridges process discipline with adaptability and innovation. She has a proven track record in developing and implementing risk management strategies, including successfully navigating global supply chain challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic. Her ability to foster collaborative relationships and lead cross-functional teams has been instrumental in achieving cohesive and high-performing work environments.
At Training Works, Nola oversees the company’s day-to-day operations while also playing a critical role in shaping its long-term strategic direction. She works closely with the executive team to map clear, actionable plans for achieving the company’s vision of enhancing workplace safety through the development of data-driven learning technologies. Her focus on continuous improvement, grounded in both safety-first principles and agile methodologies, supports the development of responsive, scalable systems that deliver real impact across industries.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Nola enjoys relaxing at her cabin, playing Ultimate Frisbee, and spending quality time with her family.
